Join us for the first FinHITS Forum to learn about the planned improvements to Findata’s service desk. This session will provide an overview of upcoming updates and an opportunity to share your feedback to support the development of our services.
We’re looking forward to seeing our international stakeholders join, as many of the improvements have been designed with your needs in mind.

- Overview of new features: Updates include application clinics, appointment service, a chatbot, and more.
- Interactive feedback: Share your ideas and suggestions during the session using the Mentimeter tool.
- EHDS alignment: Insights into how these updates align with the European Health Data Space (EHDS) requirements.
The session is open for all interested in Findata’s secondary use services.
