New email addresses will be introduced in Findata’s e-service on January 7, 2025.
As part of an update, the email addresses used in Findata’s e-service will be changed to the format firstname.lastname@asiointi.findata.fi.
Previously, the addresses were in the format firstnamelastname@thlfi.onmicrosoft.com. The purpose of this change is to simplify and standardize communication with Findata.
The new email addresses will be automatically implemented at the beginning of January, and no action is required from customers.
This update only applies to email conversations initiated through the e-service. The personal email addresses of Findata staff will continue to use the format firstname.lastname@findata.fi.
