The objectives of this non-interventional register study are to characterize the incidence, prevalence and mortality of CKD patients, to describe the diagnostic and referral pathways, clinical characteristics (comorbidities, laboratory measurements) and medication use, disease progression, healthcare resource utilization (HCRU) and direct and indirect costs in patients with CKD in Finland and Sweden.
