This is a multi-centre, multi-topic register data collection, quality, algorithm enhancement and a clinical decision support system (CDSS) study. The CDSS is aimed for the use of medical professionals and IBD patients to help them find best individualized treatments and better understand the treatment path and patient journey. Furthermore, we aim to decrease IBD treatment costs in Finland and Germany.
