New extended-valency pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (PCVs) are expected to be introduced into the national vaccination programs in high-income countries, including Finland. The objective of this observational nationwide population-based register study is to describe the disease burden of pneumococcal disease in Finland during the current infant PCV10 program.
