Validation of the predictive performance of disease PRS models using the genotype and phenotype data from the National FINRISK Study

Leveraging polygenic score (PGS) files from the PGS Catalog, Fortuna Helix have identified 37 PGS files that demonstrate the highest predictive accuracy for major diseases. The performance of these 37 PGS models was initially validated with data from UK Biobank participants, demonstrating consistent accuracy. Fortuna Helix seeks to further validate these models using the invaluable data of the National FINRISK Study.
