Purpose of use

Chatbot Vinkkeli is an AI-assisted tool that answers users’ questions on Findata’s website. When using Vinkkeli, the conversation takes place with a machine, not a human.

In its pilot phase, the tool uses content from Findata’s website, which has been uploaded as documents to the assistant created through OpenAI’s interface tool. The assistant is instructed to help website visitors access accurate information and to use only the content it has been provided in its responses.

Although Vinkkeli relies on reliable source material, it is important to remember that AI-generated responses may contain errors. Users should always verify the accuracy of the answers.

Vinkkeli uses OpenAI’s API to process user inputs and provide responses. User inputs are sent to OpenAI’s servers for processing and generating replies.
We may use your information to:

  • Deliver and improve the Vinkkeli’s functionality.
  • Analyze interactions to enhance our services.
  • Address technical issues or investigate abuse.
