In some Kapseli environments, an issue has been observed where the Work (W:) drive is not visible in Kapseli. The disruption only affects the visibility of the drive in Kapseli, not the drive itself.

If you do not see the W: drive in Kapseli after logging in, please do the following:

  • Wait approximately 10 minutes after logging in, after which the W: drive should become visible.
  • Send an email to kapseli@findata.fi, reporting the issue and including your Kapseli ID.

The service provider CSC has been notified of the issue. Based on current information, this appears to be a user-specific problem. The drive will become visible after waiting, but fixes must be carried out individually for each user.
