In Findata’s e-service (asiointi.findata.fi), an issue has been detected following the maintenance outage on Thursday, January 23rd. As a result, email notifications, such as those for permit decisions or Kapseli orders, are currently not functioning.
Our service provider CSC will resolve the issue on Wednesday, January 29 at 1:00 PM, during which there will be a short additional maintenance outage in the e-service.
If you need email notifications to be active immediately, you can re-add your email address manually to your profile in the service.
Email notifications are normally sent to the email address that the user has added to their profile. Due to the issue, the email address no longer appears in the user profile, even though it is still stored in the system.
