Disturbances were detected in logging into and using Kapseli on Friday, February 2nd, around 2:30 PM.

Our service provider CSC fixed the issue during Friday for all Kapseli environments that had an active subscription and from which a unique IP address was found.

It is possible that not all Kapseli environments have been identified in the aforementioned manner.

If you are unable to log in to Kapseli or encounter problems using Kapseli, please send an email to kapseli@findata.fi and report your Kapseli ID (e.g., A01).
