The guidance or supervision authority in the social and health sector can request aggregated statistical data from Findata with a data request if it needs information under the Act to carry out its guidance or supervision task.
Upon a justified request, the data can also be disclosed in identifiable form, if the supervisory authority has the right to receive it according to other laws, regardless of confidentiality obligations.
