Unable to login to Kapseli? Connection may be prevented by ZScaler security application

The ZScaler security application may prevent access to the Kapseli login page. The application is used, for example, in Valtori’s SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) service.

You can disable the ZScaler service for up to 24 hours by clicking the “Turn off” button from the application. Follow your organization’s security guidelines and, if necessary, contact IT support.

If you still can’t log in to Kapseli after this, send an email to kapseli@findata.fi and provide your Kapseli ID (e.g., A01).

We are investigating the issue with Valtori and service provider CSC, and we aim to establish a connection to Kapseli with ZScaler enabled.
