Due to a system renewal, applications and Kapseli orders submitted to Findata are currently not assigned case reference numbers (diary numbers) automatically.
Case reference numbers are currently created manually, which may result in delays.
Until you receive a case reference number, you may refer to your application or Kapseli order using the application number (REMS ID), if necessary. The application number is in the format YEAR/NUMBER (e.g. 2026/1234).
As part of the information system renewal, the format of case reference numbers will also change. Going forward, case reference numbers will follow the format THL/NUMBER/YEAR (e.g. THL/1234/2026). Previously, the format was THL/XXXX/14.0X.00/202X.
