The prices for Findata’s secure processing environment Kapseli will increase as of 1 June 2025. In addition, the SAS software licence will become a separately ordered service and will be invoiced separately. If you wish to make changes to your Kapseli order, please do so by 31 May 2025 via our e-service.
Changes to the SAS software licence
Until now, the SAS licence has been automatically included in the monthly price of Kapseli. As of 1 June 2025, the SAS licence will become a separately ordered service and will be invoiced separately. This change is due to a significant increase in the cost of SAS licences.
The price of the SAS licence is €144.00 per month per machine package (excluding VAT).
If you are currently using the SAS software in Kapseli, your subscription and SAS licence will continue automatically, and you do not need to take any action. The new price will take effect automatically on 1 June 2025.
If you do not currently have a SAS licence in your Kapseli environment or you order a new Kapseli environment after 1 June 2025, you must order the SAS licence separately if you require it.
Kapseli pricing will increase
As of 1 June 2025, the prices for all Kapseli machine packages will rise, and there will also be price increases for other Kapseli services.
The price increases are due to the rising costs of service production and maintenance.
You can find the updated prices in the table below.
Remember to update your Kapseli order in time
If you wish, for example, to cancel the SAS licence or make other changes to your Kapseli order before the new prices take effect, please do so via our e-service by 31 May 2025.

Please also note that if you wish to transfer your data from Kapseli to another processing environment, a data permit amendment is required. You can apply for the amendment through the e-service by selecting the form “Data permit amendment application”.
