Fixed: Malfunction in Findata’s application system messages

Update: Malfunction fixed

A malfunction has been detected in our application system, which has prevented the system from sending automated emails after December 31, 2021. We are currently investigating the issue together with the service provider CSC.

It is possible that due to the malfunction, the permit decisions made in 2022 have not been forwarded to the licensees’ e-mail either.

The error only applies to emails and notifications. You can see your applications and the decisions you have received by logging in to the system at Remember to always use the same authentication method.
