How well do Findata’s services work and where could we still improve? Share your views on Findata’s services!

Share your insights by responding to our survey, which maps the functionality, customer satisfaction, and development needs of our services. We want to hear how our services meet your needs and how we can continue improving them.

The survey covers the following services:

  • Data resource editor (Aineistoeditori) – a tool for data controllers to create data descriptions
  • Data resources catalogue (Aineistokatalogi) – register-based data resources available for secondary use
  • Findata’s e-service – for submitting applications and receiving decisions
  • Findata’s advisory services – such as the appointment booking service and Data assistant
  • Findata’s website – information, instructions and guidance on secondary use
  • Transfer service Tunneli – for secure data transfers (formerly Nextcloud)
  • Transfer service Supertunneli – for transferring larger datasets
  • Secure Processing Environment Kapseli – for processing data

Responding takes about 5–20 minutes and all responses are processed confidentially. The survey closes on 30 November 2025.

The survey is conducted as part of Findata’s FinHITS – Strengthening Finnish Health Data ICT for Secondary Use project. FinHITS is co-funded by the European Union and develops IT services and infrastructure in line with the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
