Cancer is one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide. If cancer is detected at an early stage, the prognosis is often better. In this collaboration study between Finland and China, the goal is to study the application of machine learning methods and construction of 3D genome in cancer early prediction. The study utilises genome data from THL Biobank, health data from Kanta archive and Cancer registry.
