Apply for this amendment when you need more time to use or store the data.
Enter the new end date you want for the permit and explain why the validity period needs to be extended.
A data permit is only granted for the period required for the purpose of use. Also consider how long you need to store the data. If you need to keep the data, for example to verify your research, the permit must be valid for the whole storage period.
Anonymised results must be exported from the secure processing environment before the permit expires.
