Please note before placing the order:
- Place your extension order at least one month before the previous order expires.
- The extension will follow the applicable service terms and pricing.
- Ensure that the data permit is valid for the entire duration of the new storage period.
- If the data permit does not cover the planned storage period, apply for an extension with an amendment permit application in the e-service.
How to extend the data storage service order
- Go to the e-service
- Select the form: Order or update of the Kapseli operating environment or data storage service.
- In response to the question “What does your order concern?”, choose: I wish to change my current data storage service.
- In response to the question “How would you like to change your current order?”, choose: I want to extend period of use of the data storage service.
- Complete the form by following the instructions.
