How to put your Kapseli order on pause

Go to the e-service.
Select the form: Order or update of the Kapseli operating environment or data storage service.
Answer the question “What does your order concern?” by selecting: I wish to update my current environment.
Answer the question “What do you like to update in your Kapseli?” by selecting: I want to pause Kapseli for a limited time period.
Complete the form according to the instructions.
Order the pause at least one month before the desired date.
