If you act on behalf of an organisation you need a mandate for transactions granted by your organisation, unless you are, for example, the CEO or an authorised signatory of a company.
How to log in to Findata’s e-service and act behalf of an organisation
- Log in to the e-service (login.findata.fi).
- Choose whether you are acting as a private individual or on behalf of an organisation.
- If you chose an organisation, the e-service opens Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. There you will see the organisations on whose behalf you can act. Select the organisation you want to act on behalf of.
- You will return to the e-service. You can now submit applications and place orders, or view the organisation’s applications, depending on your mandate.
If your organisation is not shown, you do not yet have a mandate to act on behalf of the organisation.
