The prices of the Kapseli secure processing environment provided by Findata will increase as of 1 May 2026. There will also be price increases to other Kapseli services.
The Kapseli price changes that we announced in March will take effect from 1 May 2026. In addition to the previously announced changes, the prices of the following Kapseli products will increase as of 1 June 2026:
Additional storage space 100 GB
- current price: €10.80/month (+ VAT 25.5%)
- price from 1 June: €11.66/month (+ VAT 25.5%)
MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- current price: €18.54/month (+ VAT 25.5%)
- price from 1 June: €22.03/month (+ VAT 25.5%)
The price increases are due to rising production and maintenance costs of the service.
If you wish to make changes to your Kapseli order before the new prices take effect on 1 June 2026, please update your order in Findata’s e-service by 30 May 2026 at the latest.
