Reimbursement for Kapseli network drive disruptions

We at Findata are announcing a compensation plan for the recent Kapseli network drive disturbances that occurred between February and March.

These disruptions, although intermittent, lasted for about two weeks. Their unpredictability caused inconvenience and hindered the use of Kapseli.

“The service has not worked, even though customers have paid for it. This does not correspond to our service level, and we want to compensate customers for the costs of Kapseli during these disruptions,” says Mervi Siltanen, head of Findata’s data services.

We will refund 50% of the March bill for all active Kapseli accounts affected by the network drive malfunctions. The refund will be made in connection with next invoicing, and it does not require any action from users or subscribers.

For those who have stopped using Kapseli, we will refund 50% of their monthly charge from March.

This is a one-time compensation due to network drive disruptions. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the disruptions.

“We are developing our services together with service providers and customers. Along with data security, operational reliability is one of Kapseli’s most important priorities,” says Siltanen.

If you encounter problems using Kapseli in the future, please report them to kapseli@findata.fi.
