The cost estimates and actual costs presented below are based on permits and data requests granted between 1 January 2024 and 1 May 2026, for which the related data extraction costs had been invoiced by 10 September 2026.
During this period, the median cost of Findata’s data processing was €900, while the average cost was €1,800. Processing costs ranged from €0 to €25,000.
Amounts have been rounded to the nearest €100. The “Number of Extractions” column indicates the number of data extractions on which the figures are based. Only public data controllers with at least three data extractions during the period are included.
Following the reform of the Act on the Secondary Use of Health and Social Data, Findata no longer receives cost estimate or actual cost information from data controllers as of 1 May 2026.
