This is a retrospective long-term follow-up study aiming to define the association between intracranial aneurysm treatment technique (endovascular vs surgical) and several long-term neurological sequelae. Spesific outcome measures include functional outcome, late non-aneurysmal stroke, dementia, epilepsy, late rupture and mortality. Data about ICD codes, medications and death certificates from hospital records, Hilmo, avoHilmo, Kela and Statistics Finland will be combined.
