This non-interventional study utilizing existing data from regional specialized care data lakes and national healthcare registers with the aim to understand the natural history and patient journey of patients with IPF and PF-ILD that have received routine clinical care in Finnish University hospitals, to identify clinical risk factors for disease progression in IPF and PF-ILD patients and to estimate direct healthcare resource utilization and indirect disease costs.
