Proportion of adult community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) cases attributable to Streptococcus pneumoniae in Kuopio region

The objective of this study is to estimate the proportion of CAP attributable to S. pneumoniae by urine antigen detection. The estimation will be performed  using the data repository of Northen Savonia and Kuopio University Hospital (KUH).
