Apply for this amendment when you need more data from the same registers on the same target group than your current permit covers. If the registers or the target group change, you need a new data permit.
Use the extraction description form to indicate which register or registers the new data will be extracted from, and give details of the variables.
Go through the extraction with the data controllers before you submit the application. They can tell you whether the extraction is possible and how much it will cost. You can find information on the variables in the Data Resources Catalogue.
