We have issued regulation in accordance with the Act on the Secondary Use of Health and Social Data concerning the data contents and data structures of data permit applications and data utilisation plans.
The regulation applies to the secondary use of social and health data and will enter into force 1.11.2022. It’s valid until further notice and is updatable.
The purpose of the regulation is to ensure that each competent authority involved processes data permit applications in a uniform and lawful manner. An additional aim is to enable the safe and efficient use of data in the social and health care sector.
