To investigate and analyze the maternal and neonatal outcomes in the Finnish population, focusing on various maternal and fetal factors, pregnancies, birth (preterm birth), and maternal health conditions before, during, or after pregnancy (like preeclampsia, cardiomyopathy and so on).
