The overall aim is to estimate the risk of neurodevelopmental and psychiatric diagnoses (here together called neuropsychiatric) and metabolic disorders after prenatal exposure to infection, maternal metabolic, psychiatric or major inflammatory/autoimmune disease and related medications. The project also implies studying pregnancy-related difficulties, such as perinatal and birth factors, often associated with these aforementioned maternal disorders.
