The primary goal of the project is to leverage Finnish real-world data to investigate the impact of JAK inhibitors (JAKi) on neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases. We will apply a trial emulation approach comparing JAKi users with non-users, matching individuals on comorbidities, concomitant treatments, and relevant laboratory values.
