Asthma and COPD are multifaceted diseases that are associated with significant impairment and risk of health deterioration. Both conditions currently have a therapeutic response that is highly variable, and the prevalence of both is expected to increase over the next decade. The aim of the study is to describe the burden of illness in both asthma and COPD.
