In this project, we will leverage comprehensive, multi-dimensional nationwide registry data for studying the risk factors and consequences of communicable diseases (CD). We aim to derive novel estimates of disease burden, to identify risk factors for CDs and for their consequences, and to establish prediction tools to identify individuals in high risk of CD or in the complications of CDs.
