The WHO and the FIGO recommend using the Robson 10 classification as a global standard to evaluate, monitor, compare the percentage of CS. No studies have been performed in Estonia based on Robson 10. It is essential to analyze the data of Estonia and Finland according to Robson 10, compare time trends and groups. Concurrent analysis of the proportion of vacuum and CS shows the proportion of all operative delivery. The content of the two register is quite similar, which makes the comparisons easy.
