The current study aims to be the first to utilize longitudinal administrative registries from multiple countries to identify patients with Epstein-Barr virus related infectios mononucleosis (EBV-IM) to study the induced risk of malignancy and multiple sclerosis (MS) onset. The results will, additionally, be stratified by year and age of EBV-IM diagnosis as well as subtype of malignancy and MS.
